Leave the competition in the dust [ALWAYS WIN/WIN]

You know, I emailed you recently and mentioned the upcoming VIRTUAL In the Trenches Bootcamp we are hosting for you on February 20th.

After 38 years of being married, I should have known Kim would see the email and critique me as always because she’s on our email list.

She said: “You missed the entire thing you explained to me about the competition…” (hint: win/win, no one else does it)

So I don't get in trouble, I gotta share it with  you:

See, when we call sellers and structure deals as you'll hear live in the upcoming Virtual In The Trenches Bootcamp, they are always WIN/WIN. This is far different than the tens of thousands of wholesalers and flippers in your area right now. 

You can literally hear the defensiveness and barrier disappear on live seller calls (you'll hear this in the Virtual In the Trenches Bootcamp) as they learn we're not trying to low ball and get their property at 60% or 70%, but rather structure an offer that is win/win that accomplishes one of two things always:

  1. Help them solve a problem… or...

  2. Help them accomplish a goal that the conventional market is not helping them with.

So you just got a nugget to leave the competition in the dust, but there's one more. You can get certified by the Creative Finance Real Estate Association and most, if not all, others in your area won't be able to tout that...learn more about this on the 20th.
